Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user or clinic) and ClinicX / Asaja IT Solutions. Using the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of these terms.
ClinicX offers subscription models based on the number of users and roles. Each license is non-transferable and must be used only by the registered users.

The ClinicX platform is intended solely for use by medical professionals and staff operating in clinical or hospital environments.
All users are required to register and provide accurate, up-to-date information to access software features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing login details with unauthorised individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
You retain full ownership of all clinic and patient data that you or your authorised users enter into the software. ClinicX does not claim any ownership over your data.
By using our platform, you grant us permission to store, back up, and process data as necessary to operate the service and ensure its reliability and security.
Access to the software requires an active subscription. Plans are available on a monthly or annual basis.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated or required by applicable law.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
We may periodically release software updates to enhance features, performance, and security. These updates are included in your subscription at no additional cost.
During maintenance or update windows, temporary downtime may occur. While we strive to minimise disruptions, ClinicX is not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
ClinicX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or security breaches.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala.
