ClinicX offers various subscription models based on the number of users and roles:
Single User License: Grants access to one individual, typically a single doctor.
Two User License: Allows access for a doctor and one assistant.
Multi-User License: Permits multiple users including doctors, receptionists, pharmacists, and cashiers. Access is granted based on user roles defined at the time of setup.
Each license is non-transferable and must be used only by the registered users.
The ClinicX platform is intended solely for use by medical professionals and staff operating in clinical or hospital environments.
All users are required to register and provide accurate, up-to-date information to access software features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing of login details with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account.
You retain full ownership of all clinic and patient data that you or your authorized users enter into the software.
ClinicX does not claim any ownership over your data. However, by using our platform, you grant us permission to store, back up, and process data as necessary to operate the service.
Access to the software requires an active subscription.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated or required by applicable law.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
We may periodically release software updates to enhance features, performance, and security.
During maintenance or update windows, temporary downtime may occur. While we strive to minimize disruptions, ClinicX is not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions
ClinicX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or security breaches.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala.
